All else fails, I could make a plaster cast of mine & you could sag some plexi into it in a household oven.

There is a plastic shop here in Florida that most likely can reproduce them. I can inquire with them if you cant find one. I actually have access to one to give them as a demo for reproduction.
Let me know how you make out.
