Fred Lohr | 3400 Seawind Investors
This is just to get people thinking, but I read only the preliminary information from Dick Silva on the investment needed to get the certified seawind back on track. I could be interested in helping out a little, risking a bit of money on this, but the problem is I just don't have 150,000$ which is the minimal investment under the rules of the Canadian SEC. I am told that there is nothing in the rules to prevent an entity composed of several individuals from putting up the 150 K. So I am just wondering if there are some like minded Builders who might see the benefit in being partners in owning a share. I know nothing about the structure of such things, partnerships, LLC's or whatever. Each individual would have to sign a release so Seawind can send you the details so I suggest that you to do that if you might be interested. I will say that over the years, I have invested in much worse ideas than the Seawind. If you know anything about this sort of thing, send me an email.
