Planemakers | N79DJ first flight
We here at Planemakers, Inc. would like to congratulate John Parks on the completion and first flight of his Seawind, N79DJ. So far he reports that it handles well. You can find some pictures of his airplane on our website at www.planemakers.com.

Hope I'm not speaking out of turn.... but one of the many improvements John made to his Seawind was to incorporate NASA's SATS airfoil design for his wing (see attached pic, note the cusp between the landing-light and wing). This combined with the twin-turbocharged Lycoming and other speed-mods galore - he's got to have one of fastest Seawinds flying.
John, if you're reading this, pleeeaassse share the details of your masterpiece!

Hi John,
Nice pictures although the prop is not turning and the plane is in the air. Are these real photos...?
The 1st picture L@@Ks as if it was taken after a water take off..? I can see some mist off the rear of the plane.
Can you take some close up's on the ground and send them to me.
