    Hello,

Chris and I regret that at this time we don't have the resources to attend Jack's Services. We give our sincerest condolences to his family and friends. We will surely miss him.

If anybody wants to do the research on how to get Jack memorialized on the wall at Oshkosh, we will be glad to donate some money towards the cause.

    Best Regards,

    John J and Chris D

Mike | Jack Ardoyno Memorial Fund

    Jack Ardoyno Memorial Fund

Jack Ardoyno loved flying all his life. He flew over 200 missions in Vietnam and continued flying light aircraft, even becoming a flight instructor. Jack loved nothing more than introducing young people to the joys of flying. On the event of Jack's death, his family has decided to create a fund that will allow 6 young people to attend the EAA Young Eagles Aviation Camp in Oshkosh, WI. For those of you who knew Jack, this fund allows his love of flying and mentoring to live on through this program. If this fund raiser is successful, we can look at making this an annual event. Please help us continue Jack's legacy and contribute to this fund.

This is from the EAA site..........

    Honoring Each Legacy

With a donation of $350 or more, you can personalize the plaque with the person’s name and outstanding details of their life. Each Memorial Wall plaque inscription allows for two text lines consisting of 28 characters each (includes spaces, punctuation, etc.). Special commemorative rubbing paper will be available before and after the service for guests to make individual rubbings of the plaque.

Each Memorial wall inductee also receives a one-page biography (500 words max. plus photo) in the 2013 Memorial Wall Registry Album. (See an example.) The album will be added to the collection from past years including the biographies and photos of all previous inductees. Albums are available for viewing at the Chapel during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh and are also accessible throughout the year upon request at the EAA AirVenture Museum.

Tom Saccio | Thank you from the Ardoyno's from Elise

I just wanted to thank all the Seawind folks for coming to the memorial service. I also wanted to let you all know that we have created a memorial website for Jack with lots of pictures. You can also read Tom Saccio's moving tribute to my father. Please add your thoughts to the guest book, it is so very comforting to hear what people have to say about my dad, and feel free to upload any pictures to the site. Once you upload them, I get an email and then I post them.
