Wow !!! Just returned from a couple weeks of Travel. In that it included flying across the country and out to the Bahamas in two beloved Seawinds. Then a final flight transitioning David into his new Seawind 242PK in which he flew home by himself to Atlanta. Wish we had a longer stretch of time for the two of us to fly together but time was limited and as I told David airplanes and rushing are never the best combination. He did well !!!
Before that I joined up with Fred for a beautiful flight in his Seawind from his place in Chestertown MD down to Clearwater FL where he will be able to fly his Seawind throughout the Summer and spring until things are passable on his strip.
Secondly John Parks and I flew his airplane out to the Bahamas specifically the Exuma's and had a number of amazingly beautiful flights about the Islands and returned to Sarasota afterwards.
All of this flying was great and I thank each for sharing. For me personally 2013 has been a fabulous year of Seawind flying including time with everyone here as well as Tom, Ed, ... As always thank you all I enjoyed flying with each of you!
