I'm a Canadian Commercial Licence and FAA Licence Pilot.
I'm a Mechanical Engineer we do design build Hospitals and Pharmaceutical facilities. I started flying at 15, I have owned 21 airplanes over the past 40 years that I have used for business and pleasure.
I currently own a Lake and a Twin Comanche, I spread my time between Toronto Canada and Davenport Florida, Canadians are allowed 181 days per calendar year.
I'm approaching 6800 hours total time, 3100 are in Lakes.
I'm seriously looking for a Seawind to use in Florida, I have my Lake in Winterhaven and we travel to the Bahamas and the Keys to visit with friends and I don't land the Lake in salt water, would like the speed and flexibility that the Seawind would provide for these trips.
I have followed the Seawind since the original first flew. I feel joining the association would help fill in additional information prior to my purchase and possibly give access to a better pool of potential aircraft early in their sale offering.
