    Mike | Checklists & POH

Over the past years I have been updating my checklists and POH.

The emergency checklist and POH are a little light. Please comment on the following, I would like to create a final version for all.

    Thanks

    Mike

PLEASE NOTE: I have included what I have for my Checklists & POH. This checklist & POH may not be suitable for your plane, therefore, you should modify the checklists & POH to meet your needs.

check your engine model... it can't be the "AEIO-540"... "AE"stands for inverted lubrication for Aerobatic use. It's probably the IO-540-K1G5.

Ed Lynch | Seawind POH and Checklists

    Mike,

Thanks for posting your POH and Checklists. I hope each Seawind pilot has a similar one to use, or uses yours as a template to make their own. If I thought I could do it, I would make mine available similarly, but my computer skills are not up to that just now. Ed

When I asked my FAA Designee about just what I should include in my POH, he replied "Whatever you would like a good friend to know before flying your airplane for the first time". Makes sense, doesn't it?

In light of past events, i decided to post them ed. I hope all of us use checklists prior to flight.

Feel free to modify for your use.

Ed, if you email your list to me, i will post it for you.

PS - i looked on the carlo's real estate web site. I noticed your plane in a hanger home for sale..... Does your plane go with the home?

Yep, the engine was worked on by Demers years ago... It is an aeio.

Waiting for Jack to teach me the roll thing.....with the plane.

That is our house for sale, yes, but the Seawind does not come with the house! Our daughter has spoken for it.
