HI All,
I think it's about time for me to hand the reins over on our website. I have enjoyed working on the site but now need to concentrate more on my local EAA chapter activities. It's probably about time anyways as some fresh blood will liven things up.
Anyone interested in taking over the site and possibly freshening up the public web side, please let me know. You can email me at jar59nh@metrocast.net.
It's been a pleasure working on the site these past 5 years. I will still be building and on the site.
I have learned a tremendous amount for you all and I thank you for that.
Sincerely,
John Ricciotti

John,
I want to thank you for all the time and effort you have put into the web site over the last five years. It has been hard work and maybe not always appreciated by everyone. I know I have appreciated your efforts and wish you the best in your EAA Chapter work and the in the completion of your Seawind.
I initially had some difficulties with the new forum because it was "new". My problems have disappeared after spending about ten minutes with Mike Witkowski on the phone.
I have had a number of talks with Mike about the entire web site and I am heartened to know that he would be willing to take the responsibility for running the entire web site and the membership administration.
I heartily recommend Mike for the job. He is knowledgeable, and, what is every bit as important, enthusiastic, even passionate, about the work.
While I understand that there is still some unfamiliarity with the forum, I think a short tutorial with Mike on the phone will clear this up for anyone still having difficulties.
I believe that Mike can make the web site an exciting resource for the Seawind community.
Jack

I would also like to thank you John for all the hard work you put in over the years on this web site. You picked it up when no one else wanted to do it. It is a thank less job, But on behalf of all the Seawinders Thanks again for all your hard work.
That all being said, I think the Mike Witkowski would be the best person to take the site over. He has done outstanding work with the forum. So I say let him continue.

John, Super job on the website. Your work made this a viable site which has been a huge benefit to all of us seawinders. If you are ready to pass the torch, i agree that mike would be the guy to tackle this usually thankless job. Thanks again for a job well done. By the way, i took your advice on how to close off that rudder area and I am very happy with it. Did you ever post those pictures?

John,
As every member here I cannot thank you enough for all the time, energy, and fairness you have given the site. You oversight will missed and your insight will continue to be heavily appreciated by all.
I personally feel a sense of loss but possibly it shall turn to a gain as you finish your Seawind and move into the flight aspects of this plane we love so much.
Obviously, as you have seen the EAA chapter can be a sound platform for growth of any builder or pilot. I have enjoyed our chapter and your chapter will only benefit from your kind assistance just as all of us here have.
Thank you again !
Russ
