In one of the old Seawind News letters Dick S. was talking about an inspection and said there was a 0.5 error in the wings angle of attack "so while we had the wings off, we made a new aft spar connection plate and reset the left wing at 3 degrees". How do you change the angle of incidence when the main spar is fixed ? I have a quick kit and when my wings are in position even without the rear spar fitting attached nothing moves.
